Tacos

Tacos quick and easy.

A taco is a traditional Mexican snack/dish made from a small corn or wheat tortilla, with a filling of your choice. Mostly shredded beef and peppers with a little spicy kick.

Enjoy making these tacos, plus don’t forget to look for a link near the bottom of this page for another recipe.

Roll dough into balls depending what size you would like.

Place some baking sheet on top and bottom of tortilla press, this is to stop the dough sticking to the press. Put the dough on the bottom plate and gently close and press.

Put the tortilla into your hot non-stick pan cook for 2 to 3 minutes each side. No oil needed in the pan.

Gently fold the warm Tortilla into the holder to form a taco and fill with any filling you like.

I had grilled chopped bacon, onion, tomato and melted cheese with salt, pepper, parsley, garlic.
