Simple egg with BBQ sauce.
Egg with bbq sauce.
A cheap and quick small meal.
Scrambled eggs with mushrooms, pepper and onion on toasted bread.
Other ingredients just salt, pepper and minced garlic.
Piece of toasted bread buttered.
Method for your Egg with bbq sauce.
Roughly chop the mushrooms, pepper and onion then fry them in a little butter for 5 minutes. Then add in the minced garlic for a further 2 or 3 minutes with a little salt and pepper.
Add in two large eggs, wait till the eggs have started to cook then stir and mix the ingredients together scrambling the eggs then leave to cook for 5 minutes, just turning a couple of times.
Turn the scrambled egg out onto a piece of buttered toasted bread and put some BBQ sauce over the top and enjoy.
So easy, but delicious for a brunch or a breakfast snack.
