Vegetarian meatloaf.
Delicious Vegetarian meatloaf I am sure you will enjoy.
- 4 Quorn sausages.
- 3 Mushrooms cut finely.
- ½ Small onion finely cut.
- 2 Garlic cloves finely cut.
- Salt & pepper to taste.
- ¼ Tsp of each. Dried sage, dried parsley, dried basil.
- 2 Tbsp. Vegetable oil.
- 2 Tbsp. Bread crumbs.
- 1 Tsp. cornflour.
Method.
Take off the skin on the sausages and roughly cut them up.
In a mixing bowl put in all your ingredients leaving 1 Tbsp. of vegetable oil. Using your hands, mix and thoroughly combine the ingredients.
Now take a small non stick baking tin, put in ½ the remaining vegetable oil. With the mixed sausage meat firmly fill up the tin and level out. With the last of the vegetable oil pour onto the top.
Place in preheated oven at 200c for 35 – 40 minutes.
Once cooked turn out onto a plate, serve with some BBQ sauce.
