Pasta Tuna

Pasta Tuna.

Ingredient’s.

Salt & pepper.

Pasta approximately 200g.

Tin tuna.

Mayonnaise.

Little chopped red onion.

Spring onion.

1 tsp. Dried parsley.

Small handful of sweetcorn and garden peas.

Eggs 2 or 3.

Cook the pasta, then run under the cold tap to get it cold, drain.

Put pasta into a bowl. Each time you add an ingredient to the pasta stir, this will give a even mix.

Add a little salt & pepper. Stir.

Spring onion & onion.

Mayonnaise. Add in more mayonnaise as you go if you think it requires.

Sweetcorn & peas.

Parsley.

Tuna.

Boil the eggs until hard, then quarter and place on top of the pasta.

Taste to see if more salt and pepper is needed.

Mixed salad with tuna.
Nixed salad and tuna.
