Quick and easy salad in just 10 minutes.
Ingredients you’ll need.
Iceberg Lettuce couple of cups chopped roughly .
Half handful of fresh red pepper chopped.
Handful of Grapes red or white halved.
Couple of turns on the Black Pepper mill.
Tablespoon fresh chopped Parsley .
Couple of turns on the Sea Salt mill.
Pinch of Chilli Flakes.
Tablespoon of light Mayonnaise.
1/4 teaspoon of Paprika.
Pinch of Garlic Powder.
Table spoon of Balsamic vinegar.
Small but tasty light salad.
Place the Mayonnaise into a glass bowl then add the lettuce, toss the lettuce with the mayo. Add the Salt, pepper, garlic granules, paprika and chilli flakes. Toss/mix the lettuce again couple of times just to cover the lettuce.
Add in the red pepper, grapes and the balsamic vinegar with the parsley, mix one more time then serve.
