Delicious roasted chicken stuffed with onion, carrots and fresh garlic cloves.
Rubbed in, under the skin of the breast to flavour your roasted Chicken.
Using a Sharp knife cut the skin between the breast of chicken, with your fingers loosen the skin and then rub in the ingredients below. Pierce the breast each side once with a knife and insert half a clove of garlic into each slit.
- Garlic granules.
- Dried Parsley.
- Dried Thyme.
- Dried Sage.
- 1 clove fresh garlic cut in half.
Close the cut skin with a cocktail stick. Then olive oil drizzled over the chicken and rub in some more of the above ingredients over whole chicken.
Roast in the oven according to weight and guidelines.
With roasted potatoes, vegetables, Yorkshire puddings, herb stuffing.
