Roasted Chicken

Delicious chicken stuffed with onion, carrots and garlic.

Rubbed in under skin on breast :

Sharp knife to cut the skin, with fingers loosen skin then rub in ingredients below:

Butter, garlic, parsley, thime, sage, salt, pepper.

Close the cut skin with a cocktail stick. Then olive oil drizzled over chicken and rub in above ingredients over whole chicken.

Roast in the oven according to weight and guide lines.

With roasted potatoes, vegtables, Yorkshire puddings, herb stuffing.
