Stuffing mix.
You can purchase a ready made dried stuffing mix but I always find there’s not enough flavour even in the more expensive brands, what i do is buy the cheapest mix you can get. Then add in more flavours myself.
For the dried stuffing mix add in a little ground salt and pepper, dried sage, dried Parsley, garlic granules, dried Basil and a little dried onion powder. Mix with a little warm water, enough so all the ingredients are wet, then place the wet mix into a small Dish.


Bake the stuffing mix in your oven at 180c for 15 minutes.
