Tasty chilli prawn wrap, easy to follow recipe.
Per 100 grams of raw prawns, there is only 90 calories and 24 grams of protein which is pretty healthy.

Chilli prawn wrap.
- Handful of Peeled uncooked prawns.
- Mushrooms sliced.
- Sliced carrots.
- Sliced diced pepper.
- Generous knob of butter.
- Chopped onion.
- Couple of crushed minced garlic cloves.
- Chopped parsley.
- Teaspoon of chili flakes.
- Ground cayenne chili pepper.
Sprinkle prawns with a little cayenne powder allow to sit for 30 minutes.
Place the mushrooms, carrot and pepper into a hot pan with olive oil, cook for 5 minutes then add the garlic and onion turning occasionally not allowing the garlic to burn for a further 5 minutes.
Add the prawns to the pan with a few chili flakes and just a little Cayenne pepper depending how hot you like your food.
Continue cooking for another 10 minutes with an occasional stir, you will notice the prawns turn pink. Just before you are ready to take from the pan add the chopped parsley and knob of butter and mix together.
Put in a wrap with a little salad or with rice.
