Easy and quick to make.
Put some Gluten Free yellow corn Masa Flour into a glass bowl add a little table salt, pepper and garlic granules, dash of olive oil and little cold water to mix . Stir with a metal spoon until all mixed and binding together. Use your hands to finnish rolling the dough kneading in your hands for a couple of minutes.
Roll dough into balls depending what size you would like.
Place some baking sheet on top and bottom of tortilla press, this is to stop the dough sticking to the press. Put the dough on the bottom plate and gently close and press.
