Salad dressing.

Ingredients.
- 1 garlic clove crushed in garlic press.
- Juice of 1 fresh lemon.
- 2 tbsp. Extra virgin olive oil.
- 2 tsp. Honey.
- 2 tsp. red wine vinegar.
- 1 tsp. dried parsley.
- ¼ tsp. ground black pepper.
- ½ tsp. salt.
Method.
Place the ingredients into a jar with lid and shake well to mix.
Drizzle over your salad.

- Cherrie tomatoes cut in half.
- Broccoli (blanched).
- Cucumber sliced and cubed.
- Onion thinly sliced.
- Radish spliced thinly.
- Pepper cut and diced.
- Shell Pasta, or Conchiglie (cooked).
