After an hour take your meat out of the fridge and place into your pre-heated oven at 200c on the middle shelf.

When the pork has been roasting for 1 and half hours take the aluminium foil off, baist the meat with the meat juices and place back in the oven with no foil for a further 30 minutes. If you like your meat darker in colour then extend another 20 minutes.

Now the pork is cooked leave for 10 minutes to rest, then calve, serve and enjoy.
