A quick and easy meal in just a few minutes.
Corned Beef Hash.
Ingredients.
- Tin of Corned Beef 340g.
- ½ medium sized onion.
- 4 medium sized potatoes.
- Salt and ground black pepper.
- ½ tsp. Dried parsley.
- 100g. Butter.
Method.
Place the tin of corned beef into the refrigerator for 30 minutes before required, this will make it easier to take from the tin and to cut the corned beef.
Firstly peal and cube your potatoes then part boil them for 5-7 minutes. Now take of the heat and drain put to one side.
Put your butter into a hot pan, on medium heat and when the butter is melted add in your onion chopped finely. Fry your onion just for 2-3 minutes until translucent.
Now add the potato into the pan and stir occasionally. Fry this for a further 2-3 minutes.
With your corned beef cut into cubes and place into your pan and stir together with the onion. Now add in a little salt and pepper to your liking.
Nearly ready, all you need to do is add the parsley into the pan and stir to combine the ingredients, then cook for a further 7-10 minutes.
Ready to serve.
