Beef stew

Beef steak cut into 1 cm cubes.

Peas, sweetcorn, carrots cut roughly, potatoes quartered, onion diced,mushrooms quartered, green beens. Handful of red lentils.

Parsley, garlic granules, basil, sea salt, ground black pepper, smoked paprika, small amount chilli flakes, ginger.

Beef stock cube dissolved in pint boiled water. Corn flour to thicken.
