An easy pizza at home to make and bake, no need to make the dough for the base as you can use some shop bought Tortilla wraps to make a lovely thin base.
Am sure you will find this easy to read and follow then make and bake, also sure you’ll love it.

For the base.
- Ready made whole wheat tortilla wraps 9″.
Ingredients for the base sauce.
- 2 tbsp. tomato ketchup.
- 2 tbsp. tomato paste.
- 1 tsp. Italian seasoning.
- 1 tbsp. olive oil.
- 1 tbsp. water.
- 1 tsp. sugar.
- ground black pepper (couple of turns of the pepper mill).
Ingredients for the topping.
- Pepperoni.
- Bell pepper.
- Onion.
- Mushrooms.
- Grated Mozzarella cheese.
Method for your Easy Pizza at home.
Firstly you’ll need to thinly slice the pepper, onion and mushrooms.
Get a small bowl and put the ingredients for the base sauce into the bowl and mix it well to combine all the ingredients.
Take the Tortilla Wrap’s lay them on your oven tray, then from the Centre using the back of a spoon spread out your mixed base sauce evenly over the pizza base.
Now you need to place the toppings onto the pizza starting with some grated mozzarella then peperoni, pepper, onion and mushroom then finally some more mozzarella. Plus a little more Italian mix if you like.
In your pre-heated oven at 200c put the pizza inside and bake for 17-20 minutes.
