Ingredients:
- Two chicken drumsticks.
- Tablespoon extra virgin olive oil.
- Garlic granules 1/4 teaspoon .
- Dried parsley 1/4 teaspoon.
- Dried Sage 1/2 teaspoon.
- Worcestershire sauce 1 teaspoon.
- Ground black pepper couple of twists .
- Ground sea salt couple of twists.
Method for your marinated chicken drumsticks.
Firstly wash the chicken in cold clean water, then place in a small bowel and pat dry to remove most of the water. With a sharp pointed knife, pierce each piece of chicken 4 or 5 times just in 1/4 of an inch. Afterward remembering to wash your hands after touching the chicken.

Next not including the chicken yet, add all the ingredients to a glass mixing bowl 2 pint size will do, mix together with a fork or spoon.

Place the chicken into the bowl massaging the ingredients into the chicken, covering the drumsticks.
Get an air tight freezer bag, place the drumsticks into the bag and tie at the top, so the bag doesn’t leak. Place in the fridge in a small tub at the bottom of the fridge. This is so its away from other fresh and cooked products.
Leave to marinade for 2 hours.

After 2 hours take the chicken, still in the bag from the fridge. Remove the drumsticks from the bag and place on to a baking tray or oven rack if you have one, into a preheated oven at 190 c for 25 to 30 minutes.

Once the chicken drumsticks has been cooking for 25 to 30 minutes, take out of the oven and place onto a plate.
Checking Temperature.
Now you need to check the temperature of the internal meat. The temperature must be at least 75C.
Inserting the point of a digital thermometer into the deepest part of the drumstick you can check the chicken is thoroughly cooked.

If the temperature is above 75C looks cooked then go ahead and eat. With salad and Balsamic vinegar dressing is gorgeous.

Hope you enjoy these drumsticks.
